Gerina Eberl-Hancock, German citizen, mother of two, having lived in six countries and four continents, is a passionate Business Executive and Marketing Leader with over 30 years of international career and work experience in fast moving consumer goods.  After graduating with honors in the US with various internships and jobs, her first work experience was gathered at EVC, HOECHST and NIELSEN in administrative, operational and account management roles.  In 1997, she started in marketing at NESTLE USA continuing in Switzerland, Germany, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.  As category expert in food and beverages, especially coffee, from this 23-year international and expat career at NESTLE SA, she drove businesses together with teams to profitable growth and higher brand equity at country, region and European levels.  Her biggest achievement was the development and launch of NESCAFE Dolce Gusto, a capsule coffee shop system for the home.  As CMO NESTLE Switzerland, Gerina set the strategic path for Nutrition, Innovation and Sustainability framed by a digital transformation.  An engaged member of many former leadership teams and management committees, Gerina supported organizational strategies and growth chapters as well as mentorships of rising female employees.  Currently, Gerina has taken the entrepreneurial role in a small start-up in Switzerland as Sales and Business Development Officer building and growing the business of smartphone accessories.
